Welcome to the iBattle Esports Community
Thank you for being part of our growing community. At iBattle Esports, we’re committed to delivering a premier esports experience for every guest. To ensure a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment, the following policies are strictly enforced:
Payment & Purchases
- All purchases must be prepaid at the front counter.
- Gaming time purchased through membership can be stored in your account, except for 1-hour purchases, which must be used immediately and will not be saved after use.
Age Restrictions
- Under 9 years old: Entry only permitted with a parent or legal guardian.
- Under 14 years old: May use our services as a guest or register for membership. Seat assignments are at the discretion of staff.

Prohibited Software & Online Activity
- Zero tolerance for hacking, illegal software use, or unlawful online activity.
- Violators will be permanently banned from the premises.
Lost & Unclaimed Items
- All lost or unclaimed items are discarded every Monday at 10 PM.
- No exceptions. iBattle is not liable for any lost items. Entry to the facility indicates your acceptance of this policy.
CCTV Footage Requests
- Viewing CCTV footage requires a $120 labor fee, payable directly to the maintenance provider.
- Do not contact the provider without management’s written approval.
- Complex cases may incur additional fees.

Outside Food Policy
- Not Allowed: Packaged foods and drinks from convenience stores or supermarkets (e.g., 7-Eleven).
- Allowed: Meals prepared at restaurants.
- Instant ramen purchased in-store can be prepared by staff upon request.
Clean Seat Policy
- After logging out, guests must clean their space and dispose of any trash.
- Please return all settings to default for the next guest.
- Thank you for helping us maintain a clean, enjoyable gaming environment.
Personal Belongings & Account Responsibility
- Guests are fully responsible for their belongings and accounts.
- Do not leave any personal items unattended, even briefly.
- Any items left behind after leaving a station are considered disposable and may be discarded.
- Always log out of all accounts before leaving.
Tech Support & Game Policy
- Only pre-installed games are supported.
- Notify staff immediately if you encounter a technical issue.
- Games installed by guests are not eligible for support or refund.
Device & Account Use Policy
- Personal consoles, VR headsets, or computers are not allowed.
- Store licenses are not provided for free-to-play or rank-mode games.
- Only one account rental per person.
- Personal Activision accounts may be temporarily disabled after use on store PCs.
No Loitering Policy
- All individuals inside the store must be logged in and actively using a computer.
- Exceptions: Parents, guardians, or guests accompanying paying customers may remain with prior approval from management.
- Unapproved loitering may result in permanent ban. Please speak with management beforehand to avoid misunderstanding.
Computer & Seating Policy
- One seat per customer.
- Shared computer use requires two active seats, both with valid game time.
- Violations may lead to a permanent ban at management’s discretion.
Smoking Policy
- Traditional smoking is not permitted indoors.
- Vaping is allowed only if done respectfully, without affecting others.
- Do not dispose of cigarette butts on the floor.
Media & Privacy Policy
- By entering the store, guests consent to the possibility of being included in promotional photos or videos.
Zero Tolerance Policy
- No criminal activity
- No drug use or alcohol consumption
- No cheating or hacking
- No violation of store policies
- No rude or disrespectful behavior
→ Any violation will result in immediate and permanent banning.
→ If any member of a group violates this policy, the entire group may be permanently banned.
Additional Guest Amenities
- Power outlets are available behind every monitor.
- Free Wi-Fi is available to help guests receive verification codes on mobile phones. Due to signal limitations with some carriers, Wi-Fi speed is intentionally throttled to prioritize LAN-connected gaming equipment.
One-Membership Policy
- Only one membership per customer per location.
- All member information must match a valid photo ID.
- Membership sharing, transfer, or misuse is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and permanent ban from all USA Esports-operated venues.
Promotions Policy
- Promotional game time must be used immediately and cannot be saved to your account.
Closing Hours Policy
- Final Check-In: 2:30 AM
- Snack Corner Last Call: 3:30 AM
- Game Session Ends / System Shutdown: 3:30 AM
These hours are designed to ensure smooth operations and proper reset for the next business day.
