5. Illegal Software and Online Conduct Policy
– Zero Tolerance for Hacks, Pirated Software, or Illegal Online Activities.
– Violations will lead to a permanent ban.
6. Lost and Found
– All lost, misplaced, or unclaimed items are discarded every Monday at 10 p.m. Please retrieve any lost items before this deadline. No extensions or special requests will be entertained. We are not responsible for any lost items. Entering our facility implies agreement with this policy.
7. CCTV Data Inquiries
– To access CCTV footage, a $120 labor fee is required, payable directly to the CCTV maintenance company (not to us). They will issue an invoice for the service. Please note, that you must obtain permission from our management before contacting the company. They control the CCTV and will handle all follow-ups. Complex requests may incur additional charges. For service inquiries, contact the maintenance company at contact@cnetcurity.com. Please note that this service is available only to our customers.
8. Food Policy
– Not Allowed: Manufactured items from convenience stores like 7-Eleven, grocery stores, etc. (Including food, drinks, and snacks).
– Allowed: Food and beverages are prepared in a kitchen, such as from restaurants.
– Staff will prepare your purchased noodles for you, please ask!
9. Station Tidiness Policy
– Customers must throw away trash and organize the station after logging out.
– Please also reset any changed settings for the next customer.
– Your help in keeping our space neat and orderly is much appreciated. Thank you!
10. Responsibility for Belongings
– Responsibility for any belongings/accounts is the customer’s own.
– Any items left behind will be discarded.
– Manually log off any accounts before you leave.
11. Technical Support and Game Policy
– Only store-installed games are supported. Please inform staff immediately of technical issues so they can assist you.
– Games installed by customers are not supported or eligible for reimbursement.
12. Device and Account Policies
– No consoles, VR headsets, or personal computers are allowed.
– We do not provide game licenses for free games or games with ranked modes in them.
– Only 1 account can be borrowed at a time per hour.
– Personal Activision accounts may be temporarily disabled after being transferred to PC.
13. No Loitering
– All customers must be logged in if remaining in the store.
– All individuals entering the facility must log in to our system for services.
– Failure to do so will be considered loitering.
– Disregarding this policy will lead to a permanent ban immediately, as enforced by the store manager.
14. Computer Usage and Occupancy Rules
– One station per customer.
– Customers wishing to share a computer must occupy two stations, with purchased game time actively running on both.

15. Smoking Policy
– No smoking of traditional cigarettes in the store.
– E-cigarettes are permitted, but please be considerate of others around you.
– Do not discard cigarette butts on the ground.
16. Media and Privacy Policy
– By entering, you agree with being used in our promotional media.
17. Zero Tolerance Policy
– No criminal activities.
– No drugs or alcohol permitted.
– No cheating/hacking.
– No policy violations.
– No bad manners or disrespectful behavior.
– Ignoring these rules will result in an instant and permanent ban.
